Trails End Resort

Returning to the Eastern Shore with our new 5er was full of uncertainty for us.  We had arranged a verbal deal with the property manager of Trails End Resort for a month to month lease.  The PM was very kind and accommodating to us.  He reviewed the lots with us and let us pick the lot we thought we would best fit into.  He changed out the electric service from 30A to 50A to accommodate our 2 air conditioners.

We had to push the terror barriers back from the main gate to get Penelope into the campground.  Once in we went right to our designated
lot and began to settle in immediately.  The PM kept our grass cut for us, we couldn't have asked for better care.  We met new friends right away.  As we crawled all over our new trailer trying to understand the system and how they worked or why if they didn't we must have attracted a lot of attention.  Neighbors regularly came over and asked if we needed help or tools.  It was a great sense of community.

We enjoyed two months in Trails End; April and May 2013.  When it was time for us to go, the PM wished us well and offered a place should we return that way.
